One way I think this story can go

If Bell is wanting to do Thope, it could be that Hope has these feelings for Thomas because she really does see that he's changed and that he is now a good person, someone to be admired. That doesn't mean she's in love with him or wants to be with him. It's been made clear, to me, that she loves Liam and wants to be married to him.

Maybe these feelings are something that Hope can deal with and put behind her. That is, unless there is someone or something that makes the situation seem worse than it is. What if Liam hears about the feelings and blows it out of proportion and starts making demands of Hope? That's just the thing that can drive her into Thomas's arms.

I do NOT want this to happen, but I think it's plausible.

At this point, I am not convinced that Hope is really in love with Thomas. I think she may have a crush on him or is feeling something toward him because he saved her line. I think she really loves Liam, but sadly, I think she is going to lose Liam because she seems to put her line first. The dialog on this show is so confusing. One day Liam says that Hope is making time for him and putting all of the effort in their love life in their marriage and the next day he is complaining about being about Hope not being around. It is really getting hard to follow the plot when the writers keep contradicting themselves.

Agree 100%. It's very hard to follow and there hasn't been any specific dialogue to explain exactly what Hope is feeling. That's why I'm exploring all the possible options of where it may go.
