One way I think this story can go

But that is just it. How long is is going to take for Hope to " deal" or publicity admit her feelings for Tom.
Everyone has seen it except her. Steffy has seen the hand holding, the looking into each other's eyes, so has Brooke. Liam has seen the hours Hope has missed being with him and the kids because she is "working" with Tom. Hope is the boss here, it is HER line, she could cut her hours from being with Tom and he work at the office and sometimes her at home. At least she does not have to be glued to his side or her being the one that needs to try on and model the clothes while he is fitting and modifying or making changes. She is NOT his co-designer so that is not necessary. A first rate designer should make those choice on his own and then she looks and approves etc.

I know Hope loves Liam and her family now as is, but she is NOT putting either of them first. Tom has become her #1 priority whether she admits it or not and she gets agitated when Brooke, Steffy or anyone else would suggest otherwise..She might look around one day and see that she is losing Liam when it is too late.

We just had a scene where Liam told Bill that Hope has been doing a great job at prioritizing their relationship so I have to disagree that her missing hours at home is an issue.

Also going to disagree with the idea that everyone has seen that Hope has feelings for Thomas except her. Hope is 100% aware of it. And she seems horrified by it. It's possible that she believes she can figure out why it's happening and try to put it behind her. Why would she make it public if it's not even something she wants?
