Perhaps Liam will think she already cheated with Tom though they only held hands, not even kissed...he might leave her over it.
Or he decides not to confront her but to watch and track her?
If he confronts her Hope should finally tell him the truth...what ever this is, I for myself really don't know what Hope truly feels about Tom or about Liam...

I don't know either what it is that Hope feels about Thomas. All we have to go on is what we've seen because there's been very little dialogue about it. It's yet to be explained. She certainly hasn't told anyone she's falling in love with him. The only thing she's ever said about it is telling Brooke that the problem is not Thomas, but her feelings for HIM. That doesn't mean she can't put those feelings behind her, if she wants to. She didn't say she loves him or wants to be with him.
