Why drag steffy into this Hope drama?

I agree, planned or perhaps only subconsciously, Steffy wants to be with Liam.

Why is Steffy being blamed for Hope's desires? Just because she's looking out for her brother? Steffy seems to be completely satisfied with letting go of bland for her hot Dr. husband.

I don't think Steffy is going after Liam. Not at the moment, anyway. But whatever it is that is going on with Hope, Steffy is going to make it worse.

Right now Hope is making fools out of both Liam and Steffy by lying to both of them and they are both going to be angry. Not that I think she should sit them both down and tell them she’s lusting after Thomas but she should have taken the confrontation with Steffy as a wake up call and just stopped with the longing looks.

I wonder if Liam will be mad at Steffy too. He’s been asking her if he should be worried and she’s not telling him what she saw. I think she shouldn’t but Liam may see it as a betrayal of his trust cause he trusted her to be honest with him.

The writers don't allow Steffy to be blamed for anything. The entire parent trap, which Steffy started, was blamed on Thomas.

The CPS call was what was blamed on Thomas. Rightfully so. Steffy has upfront about her desire to see her parents together. And not very subtle about it. Neither of her parents told her to stop it with bass in their voice. What kind of blame should be assigned to her?

Lol, even Thomas called her out for starting the whole thing but not getting the blame.

Of course Thomas was trying to shift blame because he took it too far. That is not on Steffy. He only got blamed for the CPS call. No one blamed him for not shutting up about his parents needing to be together. That's his opinion and he is entitled to it. He is not entitled to lie on Brooke to ensure he gets what he wants.

The point is, the CPS call was the only thing anyone cared about after it was exposed. Everyone conveniently forgot all the things Steffy did. Illegally hacking into Brooke's home security system, hijacking Brooke's phone, setting up the Forrester only dinners to which Brooke was excluded, browbeating Ridge to get him to leave Brooke, charging over to Brooke's house and throwing her past in her face, and let's not forget, declaring war on the Logans because Brooke supposedly stole Ridge and Hope supposedly stole Liam.

All of that was done out in the open and people had plenty of time to blame Steffy if that's what they wanted to do. The bone of contention with EVERYBODY was the call to CPS, setting up his father to find out it was Brooke through their friend from CPS and dragging Douglas into the mess. All of that falls on Thomas.

And all the stuff Steffy did should fall on her. But, no one even mentioned any of it. The wrote it so that, by stopping the wedding, she was the "hero" of the story when we all saw her acting like a witch for months and months. Trashing Brooke like it was nobody's business. Trying to destroy her marriage. Acting like a teeny bopper trying to get her parents together. Brooke thanking her was too much. Like I said, the writers will never let Steffy be blamed for anything.

Thomas was right there with her doing the same thing. No one blamed him either. The crap hit the fan when Thomas took it too far.
