Why drag steffy into this Hope drama?

I agree, planned or perhaps only subconsciously, Steffy wants to be with Liam.

Why is Steffy being blamed for Hope's desires? Just because she's looking out for her brother? Steffy seems to be completely satisfied with letting go of bland for her hot Dr. husband.

I don't think Steffy is going after Liam. Not at the moment, anyway. But whatever it is that is going on with Hope, Steffy is going to make it worse.

Right now Hope is making fools out of both Liam and Steffy by lying to both of them and they are both going to be angry. Not that I think she should sit them both down and tell them she’s lusting after Thomas but she should have taken the confrontation with Steffy as a wake up call and just stopped with the longing looks.

I wonder if Liam will be mad at Steffy too. He’s been asking her if he should be worried and she’s not telling him what she saw. I think she shouldn’t but Liam may see it as a betrayal of his trust cause he trusted her to be honest with him.

The writers don't allow Steffy to be blamed for anything. The entire parent trap, which Steffy started, was blamed on Thomas.

The CPS call was what was blamed on Thomas. Rightfully so. Steffy has upfront about her desire to see her parents together. And not very subtle about it. Neither of her parents told her to stop it with bass in their voice. What kind of blame should be assigned to her?

Steffy is big girl. Her parents shouldn't have to tell her to not manipulate and badmouth others.

If her parents felt they were being manipulated, I would expect them to say so, in no uncertain terms. They did not.

Ridge told them to stop. Multiple times. Why do adults need to be told to behave? Are they that stupid?

Not stupid. But persistent. Steffy told Ridge that she would stop if you told her that he did not love her mother. That was his opportunity to shut her up and tell her that he loved her mother but was in love with Brooke. He did not do that so she continued pushing them together because he gave her hope. She is entitled to state her opinion and her parents are entitled to not entertain it. But they did so I'm not sure what blame she should receive.

She should be adult enough to let her parents live their lives. No one needs her crappy input. Obviously Ridge is sorely missing his lovely Brooke, so will they be back to parent trapping when Ridge gets back with Brooke? Yes, if they do continue, they are stupid. That is my opinion.
