Destroying the Hope I always liked and rooted for......all for some kind of sick oh I'm all of the sudden gonna be like my mother BS.....Thomas is not a bad boy they made him into a psycho that has done some extremely deplorable and unspeakable things that if you watch this show then you have to have seen it all. There will be no one left for me to root for so I'll probably be tuning back out if they follow through with this puke worthy SL.

I don't see it that way. Hope is my favorite girl and I'll like her with Liam or with Thomas. Why should I complain? She is in the middle of a triangle with Bell's 2 favorite leading men. Both guys are stunning and crazy in love with her. They are flawed but flawed characters are what soap operas need, I would never want Hope with a soporific guy like Finn. This triangle is unpredictable and soapy, and it will involve the whole cast. It also gives AN, SC and MA opportunities to shine. They will all be in a romantic location shoot. Hope isn't being destroyed at all. I just don't want her to sleep with Thomas while she is married to Liam, but I'm pretty confident she won't. I couldn't be happier right now. I wish more people would see the positive like me.

I just don't see anything positive about Hope fantasizing about a child abusing psycho who has no bones about destroying her mother's life. A triangle with Liam and a new guy wouldn't be terrible, but with Thomas? No go for me.

If I were Bell, of course I would have made this triangle happen 4 years ago, when Thomas returned from NY. He should have been Hope's hero who tells her about Beth. He should have been a true bad boy (with good and bad sides) instead of a villain. Thope/Lope would have been more credible that way. But it is what it is, it didn't happen like I wanted.
I guess I will just pretend the past stays in the past and go along with the narrative Bell is selling now. That Thomas is trying to be a better person and loves Hope in a healthy way. I'm not saying it's true (viewers are free to decide) but I think this is what Bell is narrating today.

I love soaps and crispy drama too much, and I like these 3 actors too much to let the past cloud my judgement. I prefer to focus on the present and enjoy the current drama. :)
