I think Ridge stays with Taylor:
Reason - they had sex.
When Brooke rode the horse in:
After Brooke told Ridge to go to Taylor because she thought he had to be really hurting to take drugs, she changed her mind.
Ridge and Taylor did not have sex after the drug sex though.
Brooke and horse interrupted wedding. Ridge said let’s wait. After months Ridge stayed with Brooke.

Berry sex Lie:
Tridge kissed. Cuddled, played family - but no sex.
Stephanie stopped the wedding, Ridge immediately left to Brooke.
Miscellaneous:
When Brooke and Deacon got drunk - they did not have sex. Bill and Brooke, Ridge and Shauna, Ridge and Quinn. No sex any of these times. But this time Ridge totally broke the sex rule.
So there will be no Bridge reunion for a while!

It won't make a difference. It is not like Taylor was some innocent virgin he deflowered. LOL. This woman has taken a ride on ALL his brothers and his dad too, and Brooke's dad and brother. No need to worry about her getting her delicate feelings hurt because he took a ride on her a few times and decided to go back to the woman he loves, when he finds out the truth.
