I think Ridge stays with Taylor:
Reason - they had sex.
When Brooke rode the horse in:
After Brooke told Ridge to go to Taylor because she thought he had to be really hurting to take drugs, she changed her mind.

Brooke and horse interrupted wedding. Ridge said let’s wait. After months Ridge stayed with Brooke.

Ridge and Taylor in 2009 did have sex, when Ridge had self-medicated/self-drugged,
but they also had sex with Taylor, after Brooke had told him to be with Taylor.

June 22 - Taylor woke Ridge up and told him how much she enjoyed their love making..
Ridge told her that that the night was a bit fuzzy.
Later Taylor dripped over Ridge's pants and found the pill bottle.

July 14 - Ridge and Taylor went to bed and started to make out. (Steffy at the same time told Marcus that they had said they would go to bed early, so that their parents could have some time alone)

Only after the failed TRIDGE wedding, Taylor told Ridge that he should move into the guest room until he has made up his mind.
