Brooke didn't deceive Ridge. It only matters if Brooke deceived RIDGE in order to get him to marry her.

I had a client once and we actually vacated his divorce decree because it turned out his "wife" was never divorced from her first husband. It was messy. That's grounds for an annulment.

Interesting. So he wants a divorce and as it turned out, he could get an annulment.

He got a divorce and there was an award of spousal support and she got some of his property. The annulment undid all that. No spousal property rights with an annulment. It wouldn't have impacted any child custody or support because there were no kids. The annulment wouldn't have an effect on that.
