After reading the board today I'm thinking it will probably be Katie and Carter. They're moving way too fast and it would be exactly Carter's MO to propose to the next woman on rebound because Quinn left him.

Could be. Didn't he propose to Maya while she was still in a relationship with Rick?

But if I hear Katie saying Carter is a great catch one more time, I'm going to throw up. Who are the writers trying to fool? This character is a walking disaster with women. Not even Bill looks as bad. Katie sounds and looks absolutely ridiculous right now.
