After reading the board today I'm thinking it will probably be Katie and Carter. They're moving way too fast and it would be exactly Carter's MO to propose to the next woman on rebound because Quinn left him.

I think the unexpected proposal will be Tridge. Given how pushy his toddlers have been and the fact Steffy brought up marriage today (to Thomas)..I think they will badger their married dad into proposing....even though he hasn’t even filed for a divorce yet. LOL.

That wouldn't be unexpected though. He's already told her he wants to spend his life with her.

Maybe it won’t be unexpected to the Hamilton gang, but to everyone else on the show..it would be an unexpected proposal. :lol

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.
