After reading the board today I'm thinking it will probably be Katie and Carter. They're moving way too fast and it would be exactly Carter's MO to propose to the next woman on rebound because Quinn left him.

I think the unexpected proposal will be Tridge. Given how pushy his toddlers have been and the fact Steffy brought up marriage today (to Thomas)..I think they will badger their married dad into proposing....even though he hasn’t even filed for a divorce yet. LOL.

And they still would need Brooke to agree. Enjoy that six month waiting period...just like Steffy did with Liam.

True but they can still bully him into proposing while waiting for the 6 month waiting period though.
