Not romantic at all. Ridge was there not because of his pine cone but because he thinks Brooke called CPS and he can't live with that, so he is throwing her to the wolves and heading to his always #2.

Taylor knows that so why is she sucuumbing now?.

And Brooke chasing after both of them. Thee people all need a couch in some doctor's office.

The problem is that Taylor is a stand-alone character. If she's on the canvas she has to be in the way of BRIDGE otherwise, what purpose does she serve?

Right. I'd phrase it as she IS NOT a "stand alone" character. She must have props. She isn't a character that can be on the show without Bridge. I certainly agree. Her whole existence is about Bridge. I'm still waiting. She has a year to get the hell out of here, like Flo, etc. and I can't wait for her to go.

She could have, but they didn't let her link up with a single character that she could have a plot with outside of Brooke and Ridge. If they can't sustain characters like Thorne, Quinn, Shauna, Flo, Katie...how the hell are they going to sustain Taylor? The show is too big for Brooke and Taylor both. We know KKL ain't leaving, so..........
