I am convinced the CPS people were not with CPS. I am 100% certain Thomas hired them TO PRETEND they were with CPS. Thomas is behind this.
Yes, Thomas is truly disturbed.

How did he hire them so fast, and get them badges and get them up to speed?

Maybe he has friends who work for CPS. Far fetched, I guess. But what isn't on this show? :-D
