Brooke or JUST BROOKE’S VOICE! CPS call

I think Thomas himself is the one who calls CPS. I think he used Douglas‘s little voice thing and made it sound like it was Brooke. Nice that he was willing to get himself in the CPS system just to screw her over.
There was a reason Douglas used that toy, it’s not just something that’s going to be swept under the rug.
Clearly Brooke didn’t make the call not after she and Ridge spoke about it yesterday. That call came from Douglas’s little toy that Thomas clearly has access to.
I just hope once the truth about this comes out the truth also comes out that he knew what Sheila did to Brooke and that mommy and daddy both know as well and hid their sick, disturbed son’s secret, ENABLING HIM.
I don’t think Brooke will forgive Ridge from hiding that from her hopefully it will be the straw that finally breaks the camels back and she’ll dump him like she should’ve done years ago.

IDK, I thought the fact that her purse was left behind meant she did not do it, but then she walked in with her phone in her hand. Where did she go? I think she called them. I hope I am wrong, but not sure it even matters. Once Ridge screws Taylor, it is finished. They really did a number today. We had Liam walking in on the middle of the convo about the knife. So, I thought it was going to be him. Then we had Tom leaving to go home, but did not go home. Ridge got there ahead of him. Where was he? Then Brooke left her purse, but returned with her phone. We know it was not Steffy. That is for sure. Brooke had to her phone so no one uses it. It is either Brooke or the phone APP, and the phone APP was on Tom's phone, because Douglas does not have a cell phone. But, wouldn't Tom have to have Brooke's voice recorded somewhere? I am not sure how Charlie is going to be able to figure out it was Brooke, unless her has her on video somewhere in the building and can zoom in on her dialing or has audio.

Maybe Charlie tells Ridge it was Brooke but then we learn that Charlie messed up. It was firmly established today that Charlie is a bumbling idiot...not that we didn't know that already.

I don't understand why Ridge is having Charlie watch Brooke. Ridge is almost as weird as Charlie. I can't recall Charlie's exact words, but he said something to the effect of I got you covered or I'm on your side. We know Charlie hacked the security system for Thomas and Steffy, so I wouldn't be surprised if Charlie would cover for Thomas if Thomas would be the one to call CPS.
