She said it was a matter of time and she’d do anything to get them back together. She’s gonna orchestrate it all. Li was right about her.

Steffy will most probably do something in Aspen to keep Brooke from getting to Ridge. But she won't have anything to do with the CPS call. She doesn't even know that Brooke talked about calling them, only Ridge and Thomas do.

I don't think it really matters who calls CPS. If it's Steffy, Thomas will go along with it and cover it up. If it's Thomas, Steffy will cover him up as well. In any case they are both trash. They are a team and they want the same thing. Who has the idea first is quite irrelevant.
