She's talking to Taylor because Taylor is responsible for Steffy's actions.

Taylor is not responsible for Steffy's actions. Steffy is responsible for Steffy's actions.

Taylor, the WRP, knows how to use people to get them to do her bidding. She did it with Stephanie. She did it with Sheila, and she's doing it with Steffy. Tayor is responsible because as a WRP, she ought to know that her unstable ass daughter is a pitbull waiting to attack if her mommy wants something.
