I still think it's fair to say Brooke cheated on Ridge with Nick. Even if she thought Ridge was dead it was still inappropriate. But she sure has a better excuse for this Nick mistake than Steffy with Bill or Taylor with James. Ridge understood for Nick, he forgave her immediately. They only divorced later because of Sally and Jackie's manipulations. Steffy has no such excuse for her ONS with Bill. For the rest you're right. She never cheated on Ridge with Thorne, Eric or Deacon. 1 good-bye kiss with Grant (BRIDGE weren't married or even engaged) and more recently the cabin kiss (BRIDGE were clearly separated, with signed divorce papers). Those were very minor betrayals.

That's the problem with this show, though -- what you explain about Nick. That's not something anyone should even bring up as cheating. It's so inappropriate for Steffy to even characterize something like that as cheating especially when she herself was so grief-stricken, that she thought Liam was her husband, not Finn. And if Brooke is considered cheating in that instance, is Ridge considered cheating on the "dead" Taylor

I don't ever recall disparaging Ridge for sleeping with someone else while Taylor was dead, and it's not appropriate to do it in this case, either, imo.
