Thomas and Hope need to renegotiate the custody agreement but that doesn't change the fact that Brooke has no say in anything

Neither does Taylor. And as a therapist she should know that a contentious custody dispute won't be good for Douglas. She should stay out of it too. She should tell Thomas to go sit down with Hope and work something out instead of gushing about how Douglas is now "home" with his biological father.

Huh, Taylor did say it was not her call but between Thomas and Hope but foaming in the mouth, demented Brooke was “not going to allow it”

Foaming-at-the-Ridge Taylor said that it was not her call when Thomas took Douglas home from that overnight stay that's turned into nights. If she cared about Douglas, she'd urge her son to respect Douglas' mom.
