Thomas and Hope need to renegotiate the custody agreement but that doesn't change the fact that Brooke has no say in anything

Hope does not have to renegotiate it at all, and after this nonsense, she should not. Let Tom drag all this into court. He had plenty of chances to step up and be with Douglas as much as he wanted, he said himself, he did not do it. Brooke has no say in this, and neither does Taylor, all they are is the legal grandmothers, both of them. Glad Brooke pointed that out to the numbskull today. LOL. All the cats, Taylor, Steffy and Brooke, need to stay out of this and let Tom and Hope deal with it. Though again, if it were me, I would go into that house and take MY son home with me, and Hope would have the right to do it too. The law is on her side right now. She has physical custody of Doug and that too has been stated by TOM on this show.
