No Eric didn't specifically say he didn't want her there but he didn't mention her once and he usually goes out of his way to mention her to Ridge.

All in all, we saw maybe 5 minutes of this dinner party. And we never saw Eric, Ridge and Thomas discuss who should be invited. Taylor, Steffy, Finn and the kids simply showed up in the next scene without any further explanation. So the fact Eric didn't mention Brooke in the scenes we were shown doesn't mean he didn't want her there.
