Let her be mean to Steffy. She deserves it. I do not know how many mothers would be nice to the woman who cheated on her son...

The last time Li was there she thought Steffy was going to die as well.. This very well be the first contact she has had with the Tridgesters. Steffy has only been out of the hospital for a couple of days... I could see Li wanting to keep Finn a secret because he is gravely ill and no need to give false hope when they already think he is dead. She could also wanted to keep his survival a secret because she hates Shelia and she was not happy to see Shelia at the hospital. It also did not help that Taylor got in the middle of the verbal sparing between Shelia and Li and took Shelia's side. She was very angry with the Foresters at that moment... Maybe she called to check on Steffy and found out that she was healing nicely with her "sweet husband" by her side.....
