Yes, they already spoiled the Sheila return by having spoilers about it before it happened.
A big thing like Finn´s return should have been a total surprise, not something viewers already know and are waiting for.

It sure should, but the whole thing could be misleading. I like TN, but I don't like them jerking us around like that. And I don't think Li is some super-doctor who can raise the dead or paramedics can't tell a dead person from a live one.

But it does happen in real life. It is not unheard of for a person who was taken to the morgue for an autopsy at night and while on the table the next morning the person doing the autopsy realizes the person is really alive,,,Yes it is a rare occurrence, but not unheard of... That is why a paramedic can't declare a person dead (at least in my state). My husband (an EMT) said that they have to speak to a doctor and the only time they can declare a DOA is when there has been a decapitation and they still have to declare it a possible DOA. Also the paramedics/EMTs are required to do a EKG today and that was not done in the case of Finn. All they did was check his pulse, put him on a gurney, and pull the sheet over his head.

This is also happened this week.. My friends mother lives in assisted living, she was acting strange and her daughter called in the nurses. She said that her mother's pulse and BP was undetectable by 2 trained nurses. It was only when they put her on the EKG that they found cardiac activity.
