She will get out of it because she can prove that Steffy was the aggressor and she feared for her own safety. (Isnt that how Steffy got away with killing an unarmed Aly).

Not sure about CA, but in my state we have "Stand your ground" laws that say you can use deadly force to protect yourself. Shelia can twist the truth to make it look as though Steffy threatened and stalked her and she feared for her safety because Steffy shot her before for no reason and she has the scar to prove it. She has hotel security cameras, cameras inside the restaurant, and at least 1 eyewitness who can testify that Steffy was the aggressor and stalked Shelia. They already established that the camera in the alley was not working, so Steffy/state cant prove otherwise.

That's way too weak. Baker heard her taped confession. Of course, legally they can't use that confession, but still, for Sheila to spin it that way is not credible at all. Sheila had the gun. Sheila stole from Finn and Steffy and hid the stuff.

California's not a stand your ground state, which allows a person to use deadly force rather than retreat. But Sheila is going to say she simply took a loaded gun from her aggressor? That won't fly.
