This is a game changer. It looks like Bell is creating a Massimo/Stephanie to dominate the
Show the way Susan Flannery dominated back in the day. I thought it was Steffy going to
Take over the reins of corruption but it’s Thomas. I wonder if he’ll start slapping Liam
Around to keep him from Hope on a regular basis.

Why should it be Steffy? Thomas is the older son and firstborn, am I right? But he surely does not deserve it.

As long as Steffy owns 37.5% of the company I think Thomas' dream of he and Hope running the company someday is just that....a dream.

How did Steffy of that 37.5%? How come none was given to thomas? He is the firstborn son and most get the company and so on.

Steffy blackmailed Bill. Tsylor gave her 37.5 to Steffy, she was supposed to share with Thomas, but she kept it all

That's not what happened at all. Taylor gave Steffy her 25% after Ridge tried to fire her for something she didn't do. Stephanie agreed to sign over her 25% to Thomas if he said that he and Brooke slept together on the island...which he did. He ended up losing them.

Stephanie went back on the irrevocable trust and gave her shares to Eric. Ridge gave Thomas the 5% he has now when Taylor gave Steffy her shares (that she bought with her own millions)

Bill gave Steffy his 12.5% last year.

Ridge appears to have meant Steffy would manage the business side while Thomas has creative control of the lines.

At the time Taylor didn't have millions. She barely had enough money to buy her shares. Pretty sure she asked Steffy to eventually do the right thing by Thomas. But she didn't.

I thought Taylor used her house as collateral to get the money.

Maybe. I just remember it was hard for her to get the money needed for REST.
