And she doesn't accept anything other than what she wants to hear.

Hope told her a million times that she agrees with her about Deacon but that she's giving him a little slack because she knows he's grieving. But Steffy just won't shut up about it. She's so rude and has absolutely no ability to empathize with anyone about their legitimate, HUMAN feelings.

She's the same way with Finn. She keeps calling his birth mother a monster when she is well aware that he is having conflicted feelings about her.

That's because she's a control freak..a dictator with cold heart. And only what she believes matters and everyone else must fall in line and cater to her bullying demands/barking orders. She is truly an insufferable, trashy twit! IMO, classless low life just like her mafia family.

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.
