Right. We can look at the long arc of it, too. Since the whole thing with Quinn, Sheila has not bothered these people. She came back for Finn. Yes, she got mad and spiked Brooke's champagne. It was bad and wrong, just like when Quinn did it to Brooke and like when Quinn put Zoe up to doing it to Paris and when Thomas did it to Liam. It's on the same level of these things -- not on the criminally insane level. Then the shooting happened because the confronter-in-chief let herself loose on Sheila instead of letting Brooke know about the labels.

After that, Sheila hasn't done anything to anyone -- and I don't count Li. Li drove herself off a damn bridge. She's the dumb ass who abducted Finn out of the hospital, stole Mike's car and chose that road.

Li is no dumbass. She risked her career to save her son (as opposed to shooting her son and leaving him to die) when the hospital wouldn’t try to save him. She didn’t steal Mike’s car either, Sheila did. Sheila used it to chase Li in an attempt to stop her from reaching the authorities and turning her in. Sheila chased her down that road and very possibly rear ended Li since the back of her car burst into flames as she went into the water.

Li is the dumbass who stole Finn out of the hospital and didn't tell his wife and drove herself off a broken road. That's her dumbass.
