No, Brooke did not invite him to her bed... She point blank told him NO and to go home. She went upstairs and took medication. Then Ridge took it upon himself to take her even though she was moaning to him NO. There was no mistake that Ridge raped her and she actually accused him of it.

That is where there is a difference and I agree with you on what happened with Luna. The only mistake Zende made was to not ask questions. To Zende's defense, unlike with Thomas and Caroline( forget the pills, but he knew she was intoxicated by the wine), Zende was unaware that she was impaired.. He was just thinking with the wrong body part.

It is still sickening that Bell did this to another woman.. He better not come out in a few months and make Luna tell Zende that deep down she wanted it with him. Especially after her moaning about this for weeks.

I think I do remember that scene of Brooke and Ridge just as you wrote and I remember how devastating she'd been about it afterward. I think her dad even knew and wanted to kill Ridge.

I wish instead Brooke had talked to Luna from the perspective of when Ridge had taken pills and slept with Taylor instead or when she'd taken the berries with Thomas and neither of them had known heads or tails. Even though there was no sex then, Brooke could understand Luna hallucinating etc and talk about that.

It's just this plot is trying so hard not to have villains but have villains at the same time, and I don't buy it. It's trying too hard to have victims but not have victims at the same time.

For example, Brooke telling Luna she was in a "safe space" was outrageous. Safe from what? Zende was a jerk and didn't think to respect her relationship -- even if he did think she wanted him -- but he did not force her, drug her, or physically harm her, he did not invade her home, and he did not know what was really going on. So why would Luna feel unsafe?

I don't know who Brooke was talking about, but I just had another thought. It couldn't be Andy. because "taken advantage of" is way too mild for what he did to Brooke.
