We have Eric who committed martial rape while she was so drunk she did not remember. They were separated and almost divorced at the time... He (with Taylors help) convinced Brooke to stay in the home for Rick's sake. There were sleeping in separate rooms

Nick: He pulled her back from following Ridge into the furnace. He took advantage of her state of mind

Ridge: She told him to go home. She went to bed and took medicine... Ridge crawled on top of her while she was moaning NO. She was with Nick at the time.

Andy: Stephanie told a rapist where Brooke's key was and he let himself in and helped himself to Brooke, leaving her beaten and battered.

Honerable Mention; When she was first introduced she had just escaped a man who kidnapped her and tried to rape her..

With this list, it could have been any of them.

She was way too vague for all Brooke has been through. The writers thought abusing Brooke was entertainment.
