It's funny Brooke advises this but left Ridge when it happened to them. Luna's not innocent. She made mistakes here, and Zende shouldn't have to respect her relationship any more than she appeared to be while in his bed, naked, saying she was waiting for him -- as he'd invited her to do when she was done with R.J.

You mean when he raped her when she was involved with Nick? (Brooke is the one who called it rape).

No, I mean the plot when Brooke and Ridge were actually together in a relationship and Ridge slept with Taylor on drugs. That's why I say Brooke "left" Ridge. See the bold red. Brooke was not with Ridge when the plot you talk about happened, so no, I would not be talking about that one.

I'm not sure that Brooke and Ridge were together at that point in the story. Was this during the Rick and Ridge fiasco? I seem to recall that Ridge was having a hard time coming to terms with Phoebe's death and that's why he was pumping back the pills and Taylor and Stephanie were working on getting him back in their clutches.

Ridge was taking those pills because of Steffy and Rick, who'd reunited. Brooke and Ridge were married, but their marriage license had been declared invalid for a clerical error. He moved out of the house because Brooke supported Rick and Steffy being together. He said he loved Brooke and was committed to her, but he was about to have a nervous breakdown.

He took one of Taylor's pills when she didn't know it. Taylor begged him not to tell Brooke, but he said he had to be honest and wanted to work out things with Brooke. When he confessed, Brooke told him to just stay with Taylor.

Thanks for that. I couldn't remember which Rick story it was and how Brooke and Ridge ended up apart. Was it Taylor that prescribed him tranquilizers?

No, she had pills. When he walked out on Brooke, he went to big bear. She went up there and gave him one. When he moved out to Stephanie's to get space from Brooke and Rick, Taylor came over there. He stole a pill out of her purse and she didn't know it.

This was like 6 months after Phoebe's death. summer of 2009.

I miss the good old days of really engaging stories that made sense. Nowadays it's like they throw anything against the wall and pick what sticks.

Yes, how I long for yesterday! Even if didn't like a story, I could still be at least interested. but, like with Luna and RJ, the whole plot was literally people telling her not to tell for like 3 weeks and then she just says, "I'm telling." LOL SMH
