You are right about him leaving Sally for Caroline but, when Thomas returned he said him and Caroline were not together and coparenting. The way the dialogue between he and Ridge went and then Steffy mentioning how he lost Caroline and overcame it and then Douglas mentioning his mom and Thomas being enough for her makes me believe they want us the audience to believe Thomas and Caroline were happily together when she died , and totally forget that they told us they were coparenting to advance him being ready to move on with Hope so quickly during that time. For what ever reason they seem to want to change that to make them a happy family to fit whatever they want to do next in this storyline.

They seem to be mentioning Caroline more than usual.

Because this show is so very plot driven..that's why they rewrite stuff all the time and wanted the audience to pretend the real history didn't happen. So dumb and insulting to the viewers imo. Just like they rewrote Emma's death etc..to fit their current narrative.

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.
