Is the person from Sheila's past Sugar?

Sugar was the prison warden where Sheila was incarcerated. She was played by Robin Mattson. Sheila and Sugar kidnapped Ridge, Brooke and Nick in South America in 2003. In 2005 it was revealed that Sheila had Sugar get plastic surgery to look just like her and to take her place in the psychiatric facility. Sugar got out and stabbed Scotty , Lauren's son to hurt Sheila. She was arrested and that was the last seen of her. Kimberlin Brown played both Sheila and Sugar.
