They may not have a name but they know what’s happening with his body. How do they know he’s dying? What are the symptoms? Coughing blood is not a sign of immediate death. Where’s the blood coming from? Surely the writers have figured out that part of their story.

But Steffy was so clueless today. She had no info to give Finn. You can cough up blood from an ulcer. There are very few reasons it would kill you, and lung cancer would be top of the list. Maybe he is inhaling something that makes his lungs look like they are deteriorating.

Makes sense.
