I have never seen Liam rebuff anyone w/ such peace

I agree that Liam seems resolved about the end of his marriage and really couldn't care less about Tom. I think he does suspect more going on between them because he mentioned to Hope "ending whatever it is with Tom" the other day after Beth's party. I don't think he's said it but he's probably relieved to not have Tom living rent free in his head anymore.

At this point, I just don't see why Liam should be upset if he finds out about Thope sex. I mean Lope signed the divorce papers weeks ago, and Liam has aleady moved on to professing his love to Steffy and kissed her multiple times, so does he seriously believe that only he's allowed to move on and make his inappropriate moves on Finn's wife while Hope shouldn't move on and have sex with Thomas or whoever she wants? NOT a Thope fan, but imo by now, Liam shouldn't be shocked to find out that Thope did more than just kiss.

All I can say is why would Liam want to have any kind of intimate relations with Hope after learning who had his hands all over her body. Just gross.

Why not? Liam still wants to have intimate relations with cheater Steffy after learning his father had his hands all over her body too. That's gross too but didn't stop Liam now. JMO.

I could point out the obvious and say he was hammered when that happened.

Liam will eventually get over the Thope mess just like he has gotten over the Still mess. JMO. That is how this plot driven show works.

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.
