He shot at ridge and caroline at FC
he seduced ridges daughters to get back at ridge
He slept with taylor
Brooke, and others out there, is any of this better or worse than tom?

Rick was literally a child when he shot Grant in the shoulder. He didn't shoot AT Ridge and his cheating wife Caroline, he shot at a wall that was not where they were making out on the couch.
He and Phoebe were in love and never slept together. Phoebe left Rick to go sing on the road with Constantine. Rick and Steffy were actually in love and got engaged after the whole audio recording that was made when Rick was just pushing Ridge's buttons. Steffy was still in love with Rick, and he was still in love with her.
Taylor just as willingly not only slept with Rick, but got engaged to him, then tried to "trade" him to get Brooke to "give" Ridge to her.
Not many are as EVIL as THOMAS.

Rick was a adult when he shot a gun in office Brooke poo pooed it..no big deal to her…maybe he was a bad shot..
