Is the story advancing, in your opinion?

I feel like the story is not advancing, like we are stuck in quicksand. Anyone else feel that way? It's been dragging and dragging.

I assume it's all one, big story, right? Except now we have Eric's story, but for the most part what has even happened in this SL? I feel like nothing has happened for months. I need something to happen and I need an advancement forward.

So far, Hope is in limbo as she has been for months. Thomas, too. Liam, too. Steffy and Finn also. Just limbo, limbo, limbo.

yes, it does feel that way but that's because it is one big story or what they call a 'long story', and jmw's leave is impacting it
because steffy is part of the story, that's why they're starting a second story now with eric/rj/ridge
