She owes her daughter the truth not Liam.

She owes her daughter to tell Liam her husband the truth before they reunite and it falls apart again. That's what she owes.

Liam needs to know what a sleaze Hope was to jump Tom's bones 5 minutes after signing the papers, so he doesn't make a mistake of thinking of reconciliation.

I think it was before signing the papers. But correct and this is what's best for Brooke's grandchildren, who should be her real priority. Hope it's so worried about becoming her mother, Brooke owes it to hope to tell her husband what pope has been doing, just in case hope comes up preggers. Because apparently, hope is incapable of being honest herself.
