Brooke Should Tell Hope the Truth About Liam (Spoilers)

Brooke knows that Liam wants Steffy. Ridge told her exactly what Liam told him. Based on the promo however it doesn't seem like she's going to tell Hope that. She's so obsessed with getting Hope and Liam back together she's not gonna bother arming her daughter with ALL relevant information. She's happy to let her daughter potentially reunite with a man who has professed his love for another woman and said giving her up was the biggest mistake of his life. Brooke is keeping such important information from Hope because it doesn't fit her narrative. She knows Hope is right about Liam and she were to tell her, any chance of a reconciliation would be like Cheech and Chong, up in smoke. It's cowardly and just plain wrong.

Maybe Brooke believes that Liam is only saying those things to Steffy because he's so hurt by seeing Hope kiss Thomas.

I think that is a crucial part of this story that needs to be addressed if that's the case. They cannot keep brushing over Liam's tendency to run to Steffy and not hash out why he always does that.

It definitely is. We had that scene Friday where Liam plead his case about Thomas. Now it should be Hope's turn to vocalize how him allowing Steffy into their relationship hurt her and contributed to the current situation. Fair is fair, right? I was glad to hear him acknowledge that he played a part. Now let's go down memory lane of THAT story. I seriously doubt it will happen, though. The writers don't ever seem to want to rehash Steffy's past.
