What exactly were the “worse” things Hope forgave Liam for?

At that time Hope was half crazy from grief and whatever she did was not to hurt Liam but help her find a reason for sending Liam to Steffy and staying with Douglas. She didn´t think "healthy" at that time.

Hope claims what she did this time was not to hurt Liam, either. But she's selfish and it does indeed hurt him. Hope gets this excuse of not being in her right mind, but Liam is not afforded the same excuse for drugged sex with Steffy in the same time period, even though he can add being drugged to the grief.
