Yes...and he too wasn´t even shy about it. He even repeated it in LA when he went to Steffy and tried the same like he did on Tequila Night.
To me it looks like subconsciously Hope and Liam both somehow knew it was over, that their marriage, their relationship had run it´s time.
The cruel way Liam tried to press a confession out of Hope, the way Hope constantly tried to beat around the bush, trying to evade a confession, showed there was no real love anymore between them.
I think if they ever put this couple together again (and I still think this is Bell´s plan) it will be very difficult to make viewers feel it. :neutral
