This Hope/Liam split is not even about Hope and Liam, but it's about Steffy and Finn and Sheila. If Finn is disillusioned with Steffy in any way, it makes him vulnerable to Sheila. And we all know the master nutcase is on her way back into everyone's lives. She wants revenge on Bill, steffy, Taylor, Brooke, etc. I think this split for Liam and Hope, somehow ties into the crazy Sheila storyline and Steffy being off camera for a few weeks on maternity leave.

While I do agree, this story will lead to a temporary split between Steffy and Finn; regardless of Steffy hurting him, what would he ever be vulnerable to Sheila? Sheila didn't just steal his favorite pair of socks; she SHOT him, almost took him away from his only son, AND attacked Li, faked her death and tortured many of his family members. It would be beyond out of character for Finn to even give Sheila the time of day after she personally victimized him.

Look what they did to Hope? Thomas victimized her too, yet here we are today in this current story..

This comparing apples to oranges, in my opinion. What Thomas has done to Hope is not comparable to what Sheila has done to Finn. Thomas didn't shoot Hope, her husband, and almost murdered Brooke.

No he just wanted Beth to stay dead to them forever and he killed Emma to make that happen. Tom killed Emma, there is no getting around it either. He chased her down the highway and terrorized her with his car, and she ended up at the bottom of a ravine dying, looking at his nasty face while he sneered and smirked as she drew her last breath. Tom should be paired with Sheila, they have the same mental issues and the same attitude toward killing people....he tried to kill Rick twice, he did kill Emma. Sheila killed Lance Day, and tried to kill Steffy....I would say Sheila and Tom are a perfect fit for each other. LOL
