But he did try to murder Hope's brother 3xs, "murdered" Hope's mother's character (twice) , and tried multiple times to sexually assault Hope, and abused Hope's children, and was complicit in the kidnapping and sale of Beth. Complicity equates that Thomas was just as guilty as Reese and Felony Flo.. So yes, he abused Beth by keeping her from her real mom and dad. And he definitely caused Emma's death.

So in my opinion Thomas is just as evil as Shelia but Hope has "forgiven Thomas. If Hope can do it, so can Finn.

That is history. Thomas is not being shown as being like that anymore. He is actually being shown as a decent guy
