Steffy told Thomas that it didn't matter to Hope that he turned his life around. Why does she think that Hope is responsible for Thomas's mental health? Hope is responsible for Hope and Thomas is responsible for Thomas. Hope isn't doing so well herself when it comes to mental health. Who is responsible for her? Steffy? I want Steffy to have the same energy for her bestie Liam Spencer. He knew how obsesses she was with him for over a decade and he still decided to kiss her two times. He didn't care that she is married. Actually Liam going after Steffy could do the exact same harm as Hope kissing Thomas.

I agree with you about Liam reigniting Steffy's obsession haphazardly.

As far as what Steffy told Thomas, I think Steffy meant that Hope kissed Thomas at the risk of derailing him and didn't care.
