i'm so sick of liam's gigantic ego that he believes he has the right to say on who gets to go on the Rome trip i guess his pea brain can't understand what media circus hope would start by not having her lead designer there with her in Rome

While I understand Liam's concerns, it would be completely unfair to ask Thomas, the lead designer, not to go to Rome, where his collection is being unveiled. Either you accept that they work together, or it's a deal breaker for you. You can't expect to make demands regarding the business. This behavior will be
Liam's downfall.

What's completely unfair is Hope rehiring Thomas as the lead designer. After the CPS crap, Hope made it crystal clear Thomas blew his last chance and she would never give him another chance. They shouldn't be in the same room together if she meant that promise, so it's completely fair to say that flying to a romantic city together is hugely inappropriate.
