i'm so sick of liam's gigantic ego that he believes he has the right to say on who gets to go on the Rome trip i guess his pea brain can't understand what media circus hope would start by not having her lead designer there with her in Rome

While I understand Liam's concerns, it would be completely unfair to ask Thomas, the lead designer, not to go to Rome, where his collection is being unveiled. Either you accept that they work together, or it's a deal breaker for you. You can't expect to make demands regarding the business. This behavior will be
Liam's downfall.

Liam is asking too much on that tip, but he should have left this marriage a long time ago because his wife's life is way too intertwined with another man.

Agreed. His feelings aren't wrong, but you can't go along with things and then try to micro-manage them.
