Hope Shed Tears Over Thomas and Liam

At the beginning of the week Hope was a wreck in tears at the idea that she might've hurt Thomas with what she said to placate her mother. It clearly hurt her deeply to think she had hurt him. She showed the exact same type of emotion with Liam today for largely the same reasons. The idea of hurting him, hurt her. There's the proof that Hope is IN LOVE with BOTH of these men.

Hope is feeling a lot of contradictory things for Liam! She will always love him but there are plenty of other (less positive) feelings: resentment, frustration, ingratitude! She secretly resents him because he is not Thomas!
Her feelings for Thomas seem very straightforward! She has showered him with lauds, praises and comliments for months! She feels gratitude, admiration, fascination, a strong physical attraction, and an intense temptation to hold him in her arms, kiss his lips and tell him she loves him! Her heart keeps racing when they are close! She lights up and confides intimate things she never confided to Liam or Brooke! Zero animosity or mistrust, that's clear IMHO! ;-)
