Hope has been trying to keep her burgeoning feelings for Thomas quiet for a while now but people are finally starting to figure it/find out. Hope said it out loud to Brooke. Yeah she tried to walk it back but it can't be unsaid. I think Brooke is probably gonna tell Taylor tomorrow. Steffy just told Liam who is currently picking up the pieces of his cracked face. Thomas is starting to pick up on it. Soon Hope's not gonna have any choice but to admit that she's in love with Thomas. Thope is a-coming.

Her being itchy for Tom does not mean she is "in love" with him. Her seeing him as someone she has "saved" does not mean she is in love with him. Her being grateful to him does not mean she is in love with him. I got a whiff of something today in Hope's words to Tom....she likes to "save" people, to have them be around her "goodness" and change. She has a God complex, and not meaning she thinks she is all that, but she wants to be a "role model of virtue and goodness" for everyone. Wasn't that sort of the vibe when HFTF was started....Hope goodness and virtue wee held up as a beacon of hope for young people?

I got the feeling today, by some of the things Hope said, that her feelings for Thomas were more about her admiration for the person he's become. And it kinda felt like the story shifted to be more about Brooke and Taylor and how their friendship will be damaged by this and if Brooke reunites with Ridge. Gotta wait and see, though. The writing for this story has been head scratching, to say the least.
