When will Deacon's part be exposed?

That was involved in the FBI settlement where his record was expunged and Taylor was given full immunity for shooting Bill.
Both of them got away with what each of they did.

Taylor got immunity, but when did anyone say that about Deacon? Maybe I am mistaken, but I watched it several times & neither Bill nor Ridge ever talked about him hiding Sheila, just that they were having an affair and would make sure he went back to prison if he didn’t help them. And that they would keep the affair a secret from everyone else.

It's one thing for Ridge to keep the secret of their affair, but another thing to know Deacon hid her and protected her for months. Also, I think the point isn’t whether he would go to prison but that people should know the truth about him.
