I think she should talk to Eric or Donna. Or both of them together.
Neither of them have a skin in the game. Both would be kind, understanding, and keep everything she says confidential. Both know the complicated history and both have been involved in complicated relationships themselves.
She's got to be able to talk to someone. Either of these two could help her without judgment I think.
