DC: Now, let’s get into Brooke! What do you think about the Brooke and Taylor friendship?
KKL: I was actually happy! It’s like, okay, this is something different. It's been so fun to play with Krista. She's just a ball of light and she's funny and witty. It’s easy to banter with her, and just kind of take the scene elsewhere. So, it's really fun to connect with her. I've had a lot of fun playing with her. I like that they’re friends, and it brings a lot of good energy to the show. It’s something not so dramatic all the time, and it's good to see them like that. I'm sure they'll end up making each other angry soon.

DC: With Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) back, do you think Brooke can keep her promise to Taylor?
KKL: They've had some scenes already where you know they wanted to cross your line. It was questionable, but Brooke maintained the pact. At some point, is it going to become, if she has a chance with Ridge, is she going to say, “Hey, what’s this pact?” I feel like I'm in high school. Is the pact more important than my life and my relationship with the man I've loved forever? If it goes that way, I don't know. That's what I imagined Brooke asking herself. If Taylor breaks the pact, I don't know how Brooke would look at that. Or if Ridge even wants to do that! It’s hard to say.

DC: How do you feel about Brooke and Ridge's son, RJ, being back?
KKL: Great! I’m so happy that the character has come back. I think there's a lot of story to play. I think it's also interesting for Brooke and Ridge to have something else that they have to deal with. I'm looking forward to all the things that he gets into.
